Restorative Day Retreat

This Summer Solstice retreat offered a restorative day for women to pause, release the weight of the year, and restore their energy. Through Subtle Energy Yoga, gentle self-massage, and healing activations, participants soothed their nervous systems and reconnected with their inner balance. In a Sacred Circle, we reflected, journaled, and meditated to honor the closing cycle and embrace renewal. A nourishing, gluten-free vegan lunch, Cacao mindful ceremony and light refreshments supported the day, creating a loving reset that left attendees feeling grounded and revitalized.
Spring Sacred Women's Wellness Retreat

The Spring Retreat was a beautiful and gentle invitation to go deeper within, reconnect with inner peace, and feel lighter and more grounded.
We gave ourselves the gift of time and self care — to rest, reflect, and reconnect — surrounded by nature, walking among the trees and immersing in clear, resetting waters.
Sitting in circle, we shared and listened, moved our bodies through dance and song, and celebrated ourselves and each other in a warm and supportive space.
There was space to tend to what was ready to be seen, heard, and released, with moments of stillness to simply breathe, soften, and be our true selves.
Through energy healing, intuitive guidance, and a Blue Lotus tea ceremony with meditation and mindfulness, we gently supported balance across mind, body, and spirit, leaving us feeling restored, connected, and renewed.
