TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking and participating in any session, workshop, circle, event, retreat, or service offered by Ceane Light, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
SERVICES
Ceane Light provides energy healing sessions, meditation journeys, light language activations, women's circles, sound circles, spiritual guidance, and related wellbeing services.
These services are intended to support personal growth, relaxation, self-awareness, energetic wellbeing, and spiritual exploration.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Energy healing, meditation, spiritual guidance, and related services are complementary wellbeing practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any serious medical or psychological condition.
Clients should continue to seek advice and treatment from qualified healthcare professionals regarding any serious medical, mental health, or healthcare concerns.
Participation in any service is voluntary and undertaken at the client's own discretion.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own wellbeing, choices, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after any session or event.
Individual experiences may vary and no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.
By participating in a session, workshop, circle, or event, you acknowledge that all healing is self-healing and that Ceane Light acts as a facilitator and guide in supporting your wellbeing journey.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal information shared during sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
REMOTE SESSIONS
For remote sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a quiet, safe, and comfortable environment in which to receive the session.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Ceane Light reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where it is considered appropriate, safe, or in the best interests of all parties.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1:1 SESSIONS
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your appointment may be rescheduled, or refunded less a small administration fee of $20.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.
EVENTS, CIRCLES & WORKSHOPS
Cancellations made more than 7 days before an event may receive a full refund or transfer to another event.
Cancellations made within 7 days of an event are non-refundable unless your place can be filled from a waiting list.
If Ceane Light cancels an event, participants will receive either:
• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer to a future event.
TRANSFERS
Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another person with prior approval.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Requests due to illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method where possible.
CHANGES TO SERVICES
Services, event details, locations, facilitators, and schedules may be modified where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
