I am so happy to be starting the next in person sacred circle in Birkenhead, Auckland on the 15th April, fortnightly there after.
This circle is open to women.
It is a highlight of my life to be with like-hearted souls in circle, sharing, learning, be-ing, growing and all that comes with that.. the laughter, the tears. Sitting with each other, supportive and holding space for each other is a deeply transformative gift we can share together.
Each fortnightly session, I offer to everyone a gentle guided grounding pause. To reset, reconnect, and receive.
This nurturing space supports you in realigning your energy while exploring practices that expand awareness and deepen self empowerment.
Each gathering may include a combination of:
• Mindfulness & meditation
• Self-care & self-energy healing
• Presence, observation, understanding & acceptance
• Calming movement & breathwork
• Journaling & forest-bathing
• Oracle cards & intuitive guidance
• Energy healing, activations & medicine drum journeys
